Information you give us
When you sign in, we receive your email address and, if you use Google, basic profile information such as your name and profile image. We store the communities you create or join, invitations, join requests, posts, replies, happenings, recommendations, reports, and badges you choose to share. A community creator may supply a name, description, type, and ZIP code. We also receive details you submit through feedback, updates, and local offering forms.
How we use it
We use this information to run accounts and communities, handle invitations and requests, display your contributions to the appropriate audience, respond to comments, review reports, prevent abuse, send the updates you request, and operate local offerings. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Our systems may use automated tools to help review potentially risky content and organize public information; people may review flagged material.
Who can see it
Community posts, replies, attendance, and member lists are intended for members of that community. A host may choose to publish a separate introduction page containing the group name, description, type, and broad location; that page can appear in search results. Public happenings and local offerings can also be seen by visitors. The information you put in a public area or an external link can be seen outside Nayborlee. Community leaders may see join requests and reports needed to run their group.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, and content review, including Vercel, Supabase, Google when you choose Google sign-in, Resend for requested email communications, and OpenAI for automated content assistance when enabled. They process information needed to perform those services. We do not give advertisers access to private community posts or member lists, and we do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Your choices
You can choose whether a community you create has a public introduction page and later unpublish it. You can leave a community and unsubscribe from marketing updates. To ask about your information, access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the feedback form. We may need to keep limited records for security, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Removing an account or contribution may not remove copies another person made before deletion.
Safety and changes
We use access controls and review processes to protect community information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Nayborlee changes; the effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
