In a second-home community, most owners are somewhere else most of the year. The questions are practical: is the dock still standing after the storm, who can let in the plumber, who is up this weekend. Nayborlee gives owners and year-round neighbors one private place for those answers.

Can I belong to this and my home neighborhood too?
Yes. You can belong to more than one community, such as your street at home and your lake road.
Will people know when my house is empty?
Member posts stay inside the group, and any group can stay invitation-only for free. With the Organizer plan ($36/month or $360/year per group), a fully private group has no public introduction or search listing.
Can local providers be found here?
Yes. Independent caretakers, cleaners, and contractors can share labeled offerings, kept separate from neighbor posts.
