Who can start a group for our neighborhood?
A resident, volunteer organizer, or community representative can propose a group. Tell us who belongs, where the community is, and what you hope to do together. Nayborlee reviews new groups before they open.
Does our HOA or management team have to be involved?
No. Residents can start and lead the group themselves. You can share useful official links, while keeping neighborhood conversation in a space residents help shape.
Can we use it for clubs and smaller groups?
Yes. Interest circles give walking groups, book clubs, card players, and other shared interests a place within the wider community. Members can also post plans and neighborhood events.
What stays private?
Member conversations and member lists stay inside the group. A free group has a public introduction with its name, purpose, and broad location. A fully private group has no public introduction or search listing and uses the Organizer plan.
What does it cost?
Neighbors participate free. Starting a group with a public introduction is also free. A fully private group uses one Organizer plan per group: $36/month or $360/year. New groups get a 14-day introductory trial; the selected plan renews when it ends unless canceled. See Pricing for the current terms. View pricing.
